I promise I will start C25K and do 3 times a week minimum.
I will also do crunches/sit ups/twisty board/pilates ab exerciser exercises EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I will also stop buying crap and spent the money on various forms of fruit.

So tired I can hardly keep my eyes open.
Katsu - Do you use a gel wrist rest to help with your RSI? I used to find them amazing for my carpol tunnel. I find now though, no matter what mouse I use, if I'm having a flare up (and yes it's worse in the summer months) that I just give up and wear my splints for a few days until it eases off.
Bathroom's all finished, I'm loving my bunting.
