Vodaphone havent refund my money
I was on an 18 month contract with vodaphone and have successfully completed the contract setting up a direct debit on all my payments. Due to the very bad service i have recieved, i have decided to end my contract by rendering one month notice also requesting for my PAC code., which i have received. Due to enoromous calls from vodaphone and promising me a better service i have decided to extend my contract by taking a 24 month contract for a i-phone. To my shock vodaphone send my i-phone to a wrong address, while vodaphone text me that i-phone is being send to another address, i immediately called them and alerted them, they agreed for the wrong doing however i wasnt happy with their approach of sending to a wrong address and demanded that i no longer wants to continue and would like to take my PAC coce and go with another service provider. ~Vodaphone insisted that they have requested the parcel back to warehouse and once its received at their warehouse, i am liable for the full contract of the phone. while i insisted that it wasnt my fault to be send to a wrong address, they just appologised and asked me to wait. Vodaphone owes me £163.01 (copy of a billing credit from vodaphone send to me by post is available). On 8th May i have called for my refund and they told that it wil be credited within 5 to 7 working days. While i waited for 10 working days, i called on 24th may, they appologised and said as a goodwill they will give £10 on top of £ 163.01 due to the inconvenience caused to me and it will take another 5 to 7 working days for the money to come to my account. However i havent yet received this refund amount. I have been put under tremendous pressure and depressed upon the neglect Vodaphone had done towards me. Please advise where i have to approach to launch a complaint against vodaphone and to fight for my rights

Having read your message, i will strongly advise you to file a complaint to ofcom, please visit website offcom and register your complaint together with all the evidences you have, if your case is genuine you will be liable for a huge compensation. At the same time get an advise from your personal Solicitor0

You cannot complain to Ofcom until you have exhausted the network's in house complaints procedure - by the sounds of it the OP has not even started, you need to send a recorded delivery letter to the complaints department.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Yes I think you are going to have to go through Vodafones inhouse channels before you can go to ofcom. I must admit they are not the best, my contract is up for renewal and I'm going to leave. I think (although this isn't the best advice I admit!) you should have gone with your first instinct and left them at the end of your contract. My friend is with O2 and he get proprity tickets to gigs as well as better customer service. On a side note how annoying is that automated voice when you call vodafone, "Hi I'm Vicky" GGGGRRRRRR!!!!!!0
