Changing Tariffs Online - O2 PAYG
Can you change your O2 PAYG tariff online without having to phone them?
Friend has new phone and hasn't grasped how to use it just yet but wants to change tariffs (to web and text) but O2 won't help on a landline phone as she has to use the phone she wants to change the tariff of when calling or via text (which she hasn't worked out yet either)
Would be easier if their was a web option.
