My mum has this phone (it's actually a renamed, rebranded Alcatel OT-800). It's surprisingly good for the price, although lacks the features that would let you call it a "smartphone".

It is pretty easy to use, from the times I've played with it, although the buttons are quite small and fiddly. Here's a quick review:

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

    i've got one.

really nice phone, just don't expect blackberry functionality.

email seems to be manual check only. if anyone knows how to set up push email please tell.

the keyboard is nice and clicky - it's a pity that punctuations do not have separate keys.

it has the opera mini web browser which compresses web pages making them quicker to download.

only cost £29.99 - great value

i average 15 mins calls per day, 5 sms and check email once a day and the phone battery lasts me 7 days!
