1. Online Customer Charter claims are, in my experience, processed faster than filling out the form (from stations) and sending via post.
2. Vouchers can be credited to Pay As You Go Oyster card credit at any Tube station or Travel Information Centre.0 -

Hi. To claim for refunds on the Tube I use a product called TubeMaestro. I found it on Google. I downloaded, installed and have now set up my profile in TubeMaestro and I can claim a refund with just a few clicks and a few seconds. I love this tool :T Gives me tube line status, departure boards, useful links and everything. Used to take me 6-7 minutes to make a refund claim online - not any more, yippeeee. Hope this helps someone.0
