I simply pointed out to the OP where she can find details of highly recommended firms of solicitors who will give her good independent advice, which in my experience is a little more reliable than phoning up a claims management company who advertise on the TV and are only interested in selling insurance and getting referral fees.
My alleged "level of agression" is not directed at you personally, but a general frustration on my part at people who will attempt to claim for anything and everything.
Remove the no win no fee companies and I am sure claims would drop substantially, but we all know that will not happen anytime soon.0
