    New to this forum and I couldn't believe how many other like minded people there are :j some of my girlfriends think I'm a bit sad but hooray to all the meal planners

    Mon - Tortilla with sun roast left over veg ( eggs from a friends chickens)
    Tues - Jackets with beans and cheese
    Wed - Pasta bake with veg sauasages etc salad ( cold in luchboxes )
    Thurs Tuna corn cakes and green beans
    Fri Always somthing on toast ( Girls have hot meal at school)
    Sat Sauasage mash and beans/veg (by request not had for a while)
    Sun - Roast ( whatevers on special with lashings of pots and veg gravy etc ,grandparents coming.)

    We are having to suck our breath in this month but thats not new will do baking for treats and lunchboxes.

    Been MIA for a while-here is ours for the coming week:
    Week starting 7/6/10
    Mon 7th: chicken and pepper fajitas (wraps), soured cream, salsa
    Tue 8th: HM pepperoni pizza and HM tattie salad
    Wed 9th: gammon, cauliflower cheese (DJ=peas) and new tatties
    Thu 10th: HM carrot and lentil soup and HM bread
    Fri 11th: Spicy pasta bolognaise (LO taco mix from freezer)
    Sat 12th: HM bacon and cheese quiche with chips
    Sun 13th: sausage, mash and peas
    Mon 14th: risotto with peas and bacon, HM crusty loaf

    Ok here goes

    Sunday - Roast chicken, roasties, yorkshire puddings, broccoli, carrots & swede, peas, gravy and bread sauce (yummy)
    Monday - Pasta cabonara with HM rolls
    Tuesday - Home cooked gammon ham, egg & chips
    Wednesday - Spicy Chilli Chicken with Noodles & stir-fry veg
    Thursday - Toad in the hole, potatoes, peas, sweetcorn & onion gravy
    Friday - HM Calzone & salad
    Saturday - HM Fish & Chips with peas
    Sunday - Roast Chicken Dinner
    Monday - Sausage casserole, pots, veg & yorkshires
    Tuesday - Enchiladas, peas & sweetcorn
    Wednesday - Egg, bacon, sausage, beans & toast

    Will make some cakes & flapjacks for pack lunches. Left over chicken from today will be used as sandwich filler - chicken, bacon & mayo. Fruit and yoghurts for snacks for kiddies too. The gammon I cook on Tuesday will also be used for sandwich fillers & for the calzone filling.

    Best go amend my tesco order now, just thought of a couple more bits I need.

    here's our plan -

    this evening - Chicken & sausage gumbo w/
    Monday - Lemongrass & lime chicken kebabs w/ wedges
    Tuesday - Pizza (not very OS but heading out after dinner)
    Wednesday - Prawn veg stirfry w/ noodles
    Thursday - eating at a friend's house
    Friday - salmon with potatoes

    Going to try to live out of freezer this week as money is tight ATM
    Mon HM Veg Soup done in SC with frozen chicken stock pulses etc. Whoopsied bread (at birthday party later tonight food provided)
    Tue Left over Chicken Roasted Veg
    Wed Egg and SW Healthy Chips Beans
    Thur Chilli and Jacket Potatoes
    Fri Chicken and veg Jalfreizi Rice ( My Birthday but NOT going to get a takeaway):j:j:A
    Sat HM Pizza DS's and Fozen whoopsied Salmon thingy new potatoes Green beans DH and me
    Sun Roast Chicken Veg Yorkshire Puds, ROast Potatoes Mash all from fridge and freezer

    All lunches are left overs, salads, HM soups, sandwiches for DH and DS's with frozen whoopsied bread and cheese, chicken ham from freezer
    going to bake for lunchboxes and cakes for my birthday (we take cake into work when its your birthday):D:D Puds will be HM rice pud, jelly, cake from tin and sp custard. Yes I can and will do this!!:j:j

    Ok, meal plans for this week are:
    Monday - baked nut roast with tomato and basil, h/m bubble and squeak cakes and gravy
    Tuesday -- h/m veggie shepherds pie (one already made in freezer)
    Wednesday - veggie sausages, h/m potato wedges and baked beans
    Thursday - quorn chicken fillets, jacket spud, mixed veg and gravy
    Friday - tortillas of some sort
    Saturday - something from freezer - probs fishcakes, chips and beans
    Sunday - at a family 60th birthday celebration

    Here's ours for the week

    Mon - Chicken fajitas (Using left over chicken from yesterdays roast)

    Tues - Creamy Spaghetti with crispy bacon & Garlic bread

    Weds - Beef Stew

    Thurs - Cheese & tomato pastry puff with Jacket potato & salad

    Fri - Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, New spuds & Green beans

    Sat - Lasagne & salad

    Sun - Chicken , Roast potato's , Stuffing, Yorkies, Carrots and spring greens

    I have been doing the GC for a month or two and have just found this thread so can I join please.

    This week we are having -
    MON - Fish pie & veg
    TUE - Cauliflower cheese and sausages
    WED - Chilli, rice & salad
    THUR - Chilli & jkt potato (if any left if not another filling)
    FRI - Fish with spinach & creamy mushroom sauce, potato cakes
    SAT - Either bacon, egg, tomatoes & fried bread OR HM burgers
    & salad
    SUN - Roast beef, roast pots,yorkshire puds,cabbage,carrots, cauli
    & sweetcorn

    BREAKFAST is usually toast, porridge, cereal, or yoghurt & fruit
    LUNCHES are usually sandwiches, left overs, soup, cheese & biscuits something on toast, steamed veg or fruit.
    Everything is usually HM.
