In the Herby household this coming week we'll be eating the meals below. I'm hoping to use up what we have in. Breakfasts will be fruit & yogurt or cereal. Lunches are sandwiches or HM soup, or something on toast. Cutting down on puds for the next six weeks to try and lose some weight before we go away, but I may do a rhubarb crumble with the oat & wholemeal flour topping I batch made a froze a few weeks ago for a treat for DH on Sunday. Served with some vanilla soya yogurt it's very yummy.
Mon – [STRIKE]Sweet Chilli Chicken & Noodles[/STRIKE] Curried Pork Patties, Sweet Potato Wedges & Curry Dip (Thanks to Mrs Mc for the recipe).

Tue - Beef Curry, Bulgar Wheat & Cucumber & Onion Relish
Wed – Quorn Bolognese, Wholemeal Pasta & Salad
