Hello all,
Hope you have been enjoying some lovely weather. It makes cooking more challenging though as I prefer lighter picky food in the heat! Anyway, here is this weeks mealplan:

Mon – Thai Green Chicken Curry & Rice
Tue – Cheese & Onion Quiche with Salad
Wed – Trout or Salmon, Potatoes & Veg with some sort of sauce
Thu – Prawn Schezuan Stir Fry

Breakfast will be cereal/toast
Lunches will be salads – chicken, prawn, tuna and maybe soup if there is a cooler day!
Congrats to Memelalou! :j

This is my first meal planning exercise - I have joined the grocery challenge and have loved reading all of the tips on there and also getting some good ideas from your meal plans. Here goes!
Sunday - Beef stir fry with egg noodles
Monday - liver and onions with jersey royals and carrot and swede
Tuesday - Burgers in buns, salad, oven chips
Wednesday - hm BBq chicken thighs, salad, Baked Potato with sour cream
Thursday - Pasta with turkey mince bolognaise style sauce
Friday - hm chicken curry with hm naan bread
Saturday - Stuffed raost chicken, stuffing balls, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, carrots, sprouts and gravy
Breakfasts all week will be cereal and/or toast for us all

Desserts will be fruit or mullerlight (or both!)
Almost all of the above can be made from stuff already in the freezer or fridge. Just need to shop for bread, milk, salad, veg, fruit and dog food! Just hope the kids will eat it! They are wonderful at saying they don't fancy stuff.....Jane
