Do Orange K800i's come UNLOCKED?

I was wondering if Orange K800i's come Unlocked. I know O2 phones come unlocked, but wasnt sure if Orange comes unlocked, I heard it somewhere that they do but not 100% sure.

no, but im told if you buy from cpw they sometimes use sim free stock whatever network you buy on. check before buying though

I received a Samsung D900 from Orange recently and hadn't thought to check. I just did and found that it is actually unlocked which is an added bonus, can't say if this would be the norm though I might have just been lucky.

My Samsung D900 recently purchased directly from Orange came unlocked. Which I hadn't expected.
