    PLEASE DO NOT use Phones2Udirect. You wont get your cashback. Im in the process of taking out a small claim against them. They dont answer emails and they dont answer the phone, and they dont pay out.

    They did reply to my email threatening legal action in about 36 hrs to say they hadn't received my claim mailed 60 days ago - remarkable when I can see on the royal mail website that J Bass signed for it on the 28th of June! No reply since I emailed them the tracking number so I guess 6 more days then small claims
