It's a real lazy way to install Sky, throwing the cable over the roof. I'm sue if the tenants had asked the OP, the Sky installer could have taken the cable through the loft.

  • What I can't understand is that the OP's friend and all of their neighbours have witnessed and/or been the victim of violence and ASB from this tenant on more than one occasion. The OP claims to have witnessed the Police there, which would provide supporting evidence to any remedial action taken, but all he seems excited about is that they've got bloody Sky!!!!!!

Then he says, though how he would know is anyones guess, that the fully qualified and experienced Sky unstaller took instructions from "these low lives"(sic) regarding completion of HIS task.

None of this makes sense to me and I think we are getting less than a full and frank version of events.

How does the person who was out of the country know that a Sky installer attended...or how much/little they did ? I wouldn't believe either the landlord or tenant, tbh.

Perhaps it was all/partially a DIY botch job by the tenant/landlord. The former, with the Landlord too scared to confront the scary tenant ?

The tenant/landlord may be in breach of the lease, which no-one will know until someone reads it...
