Cheapest possible PAYG with mobile?
I'm looking for the cheapest PAYG mobile phone. I just need a phone and a number and won't be topping it up regularly, so would like any credit I do buy to last as long as possible.
I've only ever had contract mobile phones, and am getting very confused on all the different mobile providers' sites :undecided
Can anyone recommend any? Thanks

Why not look on gumtree, you can find a lot of cheap mobiles, good makes as well for like £20.
In terms of PAYG sims, you can get them for free, depends what network you want.
I used to be with 02 on PAYG, topped up £10 which got me free texts and internet for the month. But once you went passed your monthly anniversary date it then charged you for everything.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
Tesco often have PAYG mobiles for around £10.
At the moment they have this for £5.49

or this for £9.96

and this for £9.97

They're all basic phones but very cheap.
Alternatively they have things like this for £16.97 which includes a £10 top up.

One thing to check is the netowrk policy on unused credit. I'm sure some on some networks the credit is lost if you don't use the phone for six months. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
