I do hav a 4 gb usb stick available, wot do I hav to do. If not to complicated will give it a try.

Follow the instruction from the link in post 2. Then switch off the laptop, plug in the USB stick and switch it on. Press F12 to get into the boot menu and select the USB device. If there are more than one available, then it's the one with the asterisk * next to it. If you have problems, then post here what you have done so far and at what point you're struggling.

It has been possible to install Windows over a network for years, you simply change the boot order so that the computer boots from the network interface first.

Very good. Now how does it access the share with no OS?

    PXE

You basically store a boot image on a TFTP server in your LAN and the PC boots from it. I wouldn't really describe it as MS solution to install Windows over a network. It's used for instance for terminals which don't need a hard disk etc.

But let's not confuse the OP further... ;)

Didn't the OP mention the make and model in the first post? And the version of Windows shouldn't matter as the tool should work with XP/Vista/7. Since it's a netbook, I would think its XP though.

    Found this with google

why not read the user manual, I am sure what you are looking for would be in there. They normally have a factory restore option as standard nowadays.
