Orange phone Contract downgrading and handset Price
Hi everyone
I've never been on a contract before so not much experience. I'm planning on getting the htc desire and the contract that gives you the handset free would be something like the Dolphin 35.
Could you tell me how I would go about downgrading my contract after that and would I then have to pay for the handset at the downgraded contracts price?
What if I started at a lower contract that payed for the handset and then moved down, would they let me do that?
Thanks in advance

I believe the current rules are you can only down grade at the halfway point in the contract and then only by one tariff a month.
Bear in mind, when you agree to the contract you're agreeing to pay £x of y months. The network 'may' allow you to drop a tariff at some point by there's nothing in the contract to say they have to.0 -
I've just tried to downgrade my contract with T Mobile and have been told they don't allow you to do it until you are in the last 2 months of your contract!0
