milk, remember as a youngster working in a resturant, if the cream ran low just add milk to stretch it between all the jugs for coffee etc.0

I have a pint of double cream I was going to use for some baked custards, but I'm just wondering if there's anything else I can use it for instead? Ideally I want to use it all up in one thing.

Panna cotta, needs gelatine leaf but easy or fudge for some and a lovely delicious creamy rice pudding? I also like a bit in porridge so I think I'd be using it in several things.Norn Iron Club member 4730

Alternatively, whip it up and freeze (whipping helps prevent it separating when defrosted) to use later. I've bought a few tubs of YS cream and just whipped and frozen to use for baking later.0
