Another piece of stuff cluttering up the hard drive and running in the background. Clever. :rotfl:

Apps I have installled on my windows 7 laptop:
7-zip - for opening zip files,
    Microsoft Office 2007,
DriverMax - to keep my drivers up to date (can download 2 updated drivers a day on free account)
KMPlayer - for watching movies and listening to music
Avira (very good antivirus app with very good detection rate)
    Malwarebytes & SuperAntiSpyware
Firefox with a few addons including avg linkscanner, personal menu (hides firefox menu), downthemall (free download manager), adblock plus (hides ads from websites and itv player :) ) etc
    CCleaner - keep computer clean
Auslogics disk defrag - better than windows defragger
DriveImage XML - create image of system
    Trying out Nitro pdf
Also installed ubcd4win so I could create ultimate boot cd incase my pc or anyone else went wrong
My advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.
