Hi Itchypig - yes that was me! I got my confirmation email to say it would be with me within 14 days straight away after filling in the claim form (within about 15 mins of winning). Maybe it depends on what prize you have won whether it comes from them or they have to arrange delivery from somewhere else?

Morning all, hope you had a lovely weekend

Just to let you know, I emailed them to make sure and had a reply that said all my etails were fine and someone would contact me shortly to arrange delivery - I'm so excited lol
