Hi guys, hope your all good - not been on today as my husband was laying laminate and had to unplug the computer... how rude!

Hoping you can help me, I tried to sort out my TV after receiving an email from them, they send you a code to put in the site. But I was having difficulty as it was saying something like 'enter the code to move on to the next step' so I re-entered it and it said it had already been redeemed! and wouldn't move me any further... so I mailed them and had a nice reply from a guy at a company called breath-e, I didn't put any details other than my user name as I was a little wary, he replied and asked for all my details which I did, inc the code they had sent. He said he would get back in touch to arrange delivery.

I know there was someone on here that had a similar thing, but I can't see their post.

Any suggestions or pointers to the post most gratefully rec

Hi, that happened with me but with some warburtons snacks :rotfl: Hardly the same, but still Not received them yet & they said on twitter I should have, however, our post is poo.

Hi Ali,

They said they would get in touch with me to arrange delivery for the XBox I won but I haven't heard anything yet, maybe they will just send them out to the delivery address we gave?

Hi, yes that was me. I also had problems with the code they gave me, so I emailed them and they asked for my address details (same as you). It finished with the guy saying that they will contact me in due course to arrange delivery (but they haven't contacted me yet). I can only assume that they will contact me next week or just send me the prize- I'll let you know if i hear any more from them.
