Can british gas refuse to bill you monthly instead of quaterly, just because of debt?

Im getting a Debt Relief Order to have all the debt written off.

But the only problem im having is that the DRO only writes off the debt that you have at the time of submitting the DRO through CCCS...,
But you can't add any more debt to it once its been done.


So as the current outstanding balance as of 2weeks ago was £280, with roughly £45 per month adding on in usage,
i need to either delay the DRO for 2 n a half months more so i can then get the entire amount written off (will be roughly £415 by that time),
or i need to get a bill a few days before i submit the DRO so i can get the entire bill written of upto that day,
and then just switch electricty company.



On my BG account theres the option where you can submit your own meter reading online,
but does that mean that you get sent a bill every month if you submit the reading every month??

As my £1,540 per month housing benefit, £149 per month council tax benefit, £265 per month jobseekers allowance, £60 per month training allowance, and £260 per month travel expenses allowance ALL need to be paid for by tax-payers money!! :beer::p


And also my £10,000+ of debt that im getting written off with a Debt Relief Order also all will have be paid by tax payers money,
as the government have to get that £10,000 to subsidise the 10k the debt they are writing off for me through the debt relief order! :cool:




So stop spending your days sunbathing and get back to work you lazy piece of shlt,
as the government's tax poty has to come from somewhere! :rotfl::beer::T;)

As you posted the name of the person you dealt with at British Gas to get monthly billed, they will now be aware what you are trying to do as I've seen several members on here who are BG staff. :rotfl:

(The leter i posted a photo of is from early May,
and is a letter saying they will take action if i dont pay, as that bill was 3months old, for the usage starting from November 2009 to Febuary 2010).

Thee latest bill from mid May which ive only got an online copy off as i threw the paper coy in the bin, shows the full current amount owed of £281,
and is usage from November 2009 to May 2010.


So 6months woth of usage, me refusing to pay for any of it....,
don't you think that they would have taken action by now if they were able to?! :rotfl::D

Like i said, they are unable to get nearly my my flat even, as its down a private road with a security gate, which i refuse to tell them the code for.
And even if they managed to ever get through that gate, theres still 2 more security-coded gates that they are unable to get through,
and thats before even getting to my apartment block which also has a security gate which i would never ever tell them,
and then ofcourse there my front door which has upto 6 chain-locks (although i normally only use 1),
plus required a swipe-card plus a key to get in through. :cool::A


They are full aware of this, and thats why its been 6months with no payment, and yet they are still unable to do anything.




Im getting the Debt Relief Order within the next few weeks,
and its done through the CCCS debt charity and thenthe Government's Insolvency service.

SO nothing whatsoever to do with British Trash, regardless of how much they may hate it, as i qualify for a DRO i can get 1 and they simply cannot do anything about it. :rotfl:
