    Since when? There's no VAT on items ordered from Play unless I'm mistaken :confused:

    just checked - for the Royal Mail this "clearance fee" is now £8

    unless it is an "express" delivery via EMS or GLS or similar (International Datapost / Euro 48 equivalent) or "high value" (over £1000) when it will be £13.50
