What classes as 'living with'

How many days a week can my partner stay over without being classed as living with me? Can we go halfs on bills even though he won't live here? Thanks Steve

These threads just make me angry, I'm afraid. Cheating the system is so unfair. I appreciate you're getting benefits you may well be entitled to. But if you have a partner who may or may not 'live' with you, and is paying half, you can't complain if/when some benefits get cut. Benefits are a SAFETY NET, not a way of life, or a means to pay off your debt.
