For a retention deal, it's ok if your current spend is low-average, for a new deal it's quite good.

Have you actually got your phone yet. If so how long ago did you order it? I phoned up orange just over three weeks ago and was told by retentions that they could do a deal for me for £25/month 300 mins with unlimited texts and internet. Was told there was none in stock but they were getting some in within a few days and they would phone me to let me know. I did not hear anything from them so decided to phone back with reference number I was given. I was then told that the stock they had got in had all gone and I was now in a queue waiting for the next batch to come in. This has now happened to me five times and like I say has it been over three weeks since my initial call and feels like they are just palming me off all the time. Might now go and move anyway to another company just coz I'm fed up with the waiting.

Every time i speak to retentions I get told I have to pay £100 for the Desire...getting sick of it to be honest.

However, ive seen this deal...what do you think?
