Shower attachment ?

Can any one recomend a good and lasting shower attachment I can use.

We have looked at getting a plumber to change the taps but the plumbing is in such a poor state I am worried it will open a can of worms which will cost us a lot to make good.

As this is the Armed Forces board,all repairs to military housing is carried out thru your base housing officer,I'm not sure they will allow you to use outside labour to do repairs to MQ's.
