Are you starting ebay off high?
Best way to sell is to start at 99p and put a reserve on, to start the bidding off.

I just put in the asking price, didnt put on a reserve price, is that the best way to do it ?

If it's an advert, yes.
If it's an auction no, you need a low start, set your reserve, then watch the bids in the last 30 seconds.

What happens if reserve not met though, would you still have to pay fees ?
