well i put together a letter asking for all info on claim and explained again the story and all, so just need to p ost and see what i get back...
my ex has replyed to me saying i can do one, he is not going to pay anything back, why should he??? and doesnt seem to think theres anything wrong with letting someone else pay someone back that another person got money for...
he also informed me hmr dont know his address and hadnt got a number for him so they cant trace him....... meaning he will get away with not paying it.... but surely you national insurance number will be able to tell hmr where you work, as you have to give that when you start work, and i know for sure he working???
just hope hmr work with me to try and sort this.........0 -
HMRC have a number of systems at their disposal including the Pay As You Earn system, the Self Assessment system, Child Benefit system and the Access to DWP Data system so there is a good chance his address can be traced.0
