How long have you had it?
    Is it faulty?
Did you buy it in a 3 shop?

You won't get an answer with that amount of information.

How long ago did you buy it?
    Where did you buy it?
    How long is the contract?
    Is the phone faulty?
If it is, have you had an exchange/repair?

Your very unlikely to get the contract cancelled. The handset and the airtime agreement are two different contracts.

Your first port of call is to contact the shop you bought it from, they will be liable for a repair or replacment of the device. Sale of goods act should say that if it's within 6 months (you need to check the exact date) then it's considered faulty from date of manufacture.

The shop should repair or replace it ( but it's their choice not yours).

Sorry can you say why you are not first trying to go to the shop and ask for a repair? There may have been a faulty batch and they will replace it. At the very least they should repair it.

Take the no cost option before you spend money on a new phone.
