orange internet on my mobile

hi just visited orane shop in my town centre,for some advice i have a sony erickson W810I which has been unloked from 02, using my orange sim card should be able to access the internet .but orange shop said not possibile change your phone instead. reason no web../browser on phone any one any idea are they right or should i switch to 02:)

you need the orange settings on your handset rather than the o2 ones, take a look at these pages http://help.orange.co.uk/orangeuk/support/selfservice/index.jsp you should be able to get the settings sent out to you or call 150 PAYM or 450 PAYG and they can send the update to youYes Your Dukeiness
