I had some trellis delivered on Friday, i ordered 6ft x 3ft to slot over the concrete gravel boards, in the grooved concrete fence posts.
THey dont fit and are too small. by about 2 inch.

When i called the supplier to return them they stated he wouldnt refund , as i should have know they were 1800mm not 6ft. My receipt states 6ft x 3ft not 1800mm x 3ft

I went to another timber supplier and ordered 6ft x 3ft and they slot in perfectly and firm.

What can i do now? i paid for these on my visa.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Martin
I think you are probably better reposting or getting this moved to the Consumer Rights Forum . They can advise you rights.
