Blackberry 8900 Trackball

I have a blackberry 8900 on orange PAYG. the trackball is constantly sticking and now at a point where i can barely use it, ive had it for only 10 months. Just wondering if anyone here has had help from a mobile network when this happens?

It's a common fault caused by grease and dirt from your fingers.

Try this it worked for me. Switch phone off, get a piece of paper, even newspaper works, and rub the trackball hard for about a minute making sure you do it thoroughly.

Switch on the phone and try the trackball operation.
