I tend to block people who steal my photos from bidding on my items - I dont want to have to deal with people like that and I wouldnt dream of copying other peoples stuff. Also, if they're miffed about their listing being removed I get paranoid that they are going to have their revenge on me and bid on an item and leave horrible feedback.They come up with all sorts of excuses mind for copying your stuff eg camera broken, thought everyone copied stuff....
