Smaller list today as less time to get stuff done in this afternoon/evening as working later...must remember to check plants on windowsill today!:o

Just updated my list, everything else I'll do when i get home in a couple of hoursThose that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter0 -
Hi all, June already? How did that happen? I'm feeling a bit more motivated today. I certainly need to be with all the birthdays coming up- including my two kids!
Today I:
1) Went to work for 6 hours. Utilised my poor mother for free childcare. Or gave her quality time with her lovely grand-children, I guess.
2) Checked all my banking and worked out how much I have 'spare' for the month. Answer - not much!
3) Paid the amount I have coming from Quidco off a CC.
4) All meals from stores and I am making a soup for tea with my veg that needs using up.
5) Bought lots of whoopsies at 75% off from the co-op including bars of cheese for 68p
6) Was overcharged 75p and went back into the store to claim it back.
7) Received loads of salt and vinegar crisps from my sister. She buys variety-packs and her kids don't like them!
8) I am meeting OH from work later and we are going to a free cinema screening of She's Out of My League. That will be fun, I hope, and I will park in a cheapy spot.
9) Received £50 of Pizza Express vouchers that I got by cashing in some Tesco CC points. We are going to Windsor for the weekend soon to celebrate the kiddies bdays, so will use them on a meal out there.
Have a good evening, L x0 -
Been investigating reclaiming PPI on 3 loans (1 of which is paid off) and it seems that I have a good chance of getting something back (according to the people on the reclaim board).
So tomorrow I will have a look at sending off the letters etc and hope for the best. Anything is better than nothing!
I also now have good bids on 2 ebay items and 6 watchers on another that closes in a day or so. May be a small wodge towards my June challenge?
Also tried playing some free bingo but didn't win a penny and refuse to deposit money into them! Worth a go I suppose - wonder if anyone actually wins anything on the free plays?
Still trying to think of other small ways to make a bit extra - if anyone has suggestions I'll try anything (within reason!)0 -
