Does anyone else feel that its now just part of their routine to take a lunch from home? i don't even think about buying anything now, I wake up, make my roll, grab other stuff out the cupboard and off I go- Its habit now, which is great!

Totally agree, it's much easier to get things together to make something for lunch, but for me the best thing is when we have any rice or pasta dishes for dinner my OH makes extra and it's the easiest thing to take in to work. I quite like it not having to specifically go out and get some food, I like not having to spend money on lunches and knowing that all the savings are helping me reduce my credit card debt.

I can't believe I'm into the sixth month now and have spent as much money in the last few months as I did in the first week of January!

Today I have 3 rounds of various HM sandwiches.

Hi all - lovely day here! I have my packed lunch with me - lots of salady stuff but the OH nicked the tuna I was going to have - boo! Never mind, I'll live! And I'm out at dinner at my friend's tonight, so that's free food also - yay!

So. I make that HM lunch 4 for me!

Good luck everyone and have a great weekend!

Ashamed- tin of soup, and a roll? under a quid? Or buy a baking potato and some tuna if you have a microwave? Tesco do some sarnies for a pound if you aren't fussy....

I'm on the last of my salami and cheese rolls for the week. Think I'll change my sandwich fillings for next week....

Didn't do my lunch the night before and didn't have time in the morning to find something yesterday, so ended up buying both breakfast and lunch yesterday :(

Decreased the number of allowed bought lunches by 1 to compensate. Only 2 left for this month now!

    Hi all

Been rather off-colour this week so I have managed to spend no money at all on lunches. Nothing to do with willpower at all! I am sure the weight I've lost will come back when I get hungry again....!

Have a great weekend, all! :j
