Make sure they're actually getting you a Car Pass then - don't just take their word for it that they've got the code.0

Just find a decent auto locksmith in your area we usually don't need the car pass details anyway as we can get the code out of the vehicle computer, as we all got sick of getting nowhere with the dealers;);)0

Hi All,
They sorted it all out today. £100... £50 for the card and £50 to get it programmed. Only dodgy thing is they didnt give us the card.. just wrote the numbers down on a piece of paper.. ( I wasnt around as it was my mother who collected the key).
