Editing the Avatar

Has anyone worked out how to edit the avatar (you know - the graphic that appears with your name) for this new software.

I have found where to edit it but ii is far from clear how to do it.

Ver ver confusing!!

    I'm afraid it can't be done as the function has been switched off by Martin however it was meant to be put back on today but has not as yet ..................we live in hope:)

    But once switched back on ,if it slows the site they will need to switch it off again .
