Faulty phone bought less than two weeks ago from BMP.net | Eligible for refund ??
I purchased the following contract from buymobilephones.net on the 17th of May
http://www.buymobilephones.net/mobile-phones/Nokia/Nokia-E72-Metal-Grey/T-Mobile/T-Mobile-15-(24mths)-inc.-Internet/2706013
At the time, the cost of phone was not free (29.99). Yesterday when I started using the camera, I discovered a fault causing a vertical dark line to appear on the right hand side of the camera view while in standby or even while recording.

Upon contacting buymobilphones.net, they offered to exchange the phone with a new one. My question is : am I eligible for a refund ? If so, I am thinking of taking advantage of the current offer they have and probably ask for a refund when I return the faulty phone.
I have read their terms here

but it is still not clear to me whether I can ask for a refund or not.. Can somebody please help me with this ?

It's going to cause you more hassle than £30's worth when you go through the hassle of ceasing the contract with the network etc anyway (you'd need to cancel with the network under the 14 day cancellation period as well as pursue BMP for a refund)
Just accept the replacement0
