    then there'll be trouble...lol
  • Well today is a better day. I have had a lie in:j So am catching back up on my sleep.:D

Banking ok, and i think with a few tweeks here and there i will be able to get through to the end of the month. I have to budget for extra petrol to help DD2 out on late lectures, and the general things so not all bad.

Student finance have sent some docs back,so they may be shifting there a bit. DS enjoyed his first week at new job, so very positive there:D He will have to wait a month to get paid, so he too is skint- but he is being brill as ever, cooking tea and helping out around the house. I really can't complain.

Am making a wedding cake this weekend- so will be baking all day. Three tier fruit cake:D Just hope it turns out ok. She did want a sponge cake, but i don't like icing at the last minute and i don't do them. I have suggested she gets a party cake from Tesco's and put a fun piccie of her and future hubby on there-saves me a lot of trouble.

Washing sorted and hanging out- thank goodness it is not raining. Am off for a small walk today as well while cakes do, i am looking forward to stretching the legs and letting some cobwebs blow away.

Hope everyone else has a good day. Bob x

Are you talking about your unmentionables again? :naughty:

  • So where am i on the Cunning plan front?

Well current joint debt stands at- £12,000 and less after payments go out tomorrow:D
    Of that balance:

£2000 will go immediately his bonus gets paid in- so joint overdraft( which i don't use but is in joint names) will be gone.Still not got his bonus I have enough money to clear my car-£2000 and will get a rebate off that. Or i could clear a credit card which i had originally balance transferred onto- but is now attracting interest of 16.9%. I am in a bit of a dilemma with it as i want my car to be gone:o.

That leaves a joint loan- 1 year to run with Natwest- no rebate there so not worth clearing. £3,000Now £2350

Three credit cards-£4,200 had to buy bed so that leaves 3900
Two of which i took to balance transfer. ( I know don't shout- but he would have gone under other wise and i did it a while ago)
One store card- which will be cleared this month as balance was £90
    gone
Car loan-£1800 after small rebate of Gap insurance. Now£15oo

    -

Total as of OCT 10 =£9750

Feels good to update, not as much as i would normally have paid off, but with reduced wages and Mr.B being Mr.B well :o So onwards and upwards, at least i haven't increased my debt with the car- for which i am thankful for.

I can see it all going down now.
