you have been frugal and well done on the weight loss

Thank you- i got the extra pound today:D:D:j I did stand on scales before brekkie though:o I just felt my stomach was flatter and believe me it is still round, but it feels a lot better.

Yeay to everything frugal-am making a loaf a day as well- and just living off storecupboard this month:D

  • Well done - you are doing so well at this :T

Thank you- i always get a bit of a buzz with your siggy squiz- love the striving to make days better:D:D

And another shred day under the belt- was a bit harder this am for some reason. I think it is because i am doing the harder ones, still not managed the hard push ups yet though.

Just spotted and love your thread title and loved it, especially this morning as I've realised that it's half way through August and how much of what I set out to do in January I haven't done. I blame Baldrick too. Enough to start me singing the Goblin drinking song, lol!

    Well done on the shred.

Thank you- i have to have someone to blame- and Baldrick is it:D If it's good enough for Blackadder then its good enough for me:D:rotfl:

I look back to January as well and started filling all my spreadsheets in with gusto, then somehow lost my way. Will have to get back on track there- so maybe a few well placed turnips will help us on our way...

    err minus the dandruff coffee:rotfl::rotfl:

    Cappucino BOB?

Realised my mistake in previous post. It wasn't a Family holiday....it was a child-neglecting, self-interested, adults only holiday...
    ....the best sort:D

I dont know what this shredding stuff is but its working, keep it up/down/in/out etc. X
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !

  • Well today- i did level 2 of the shred:D:D:D:D:D:j Whoop whoop :D

I found it better than level 1 as in i am double jointed and i find it easy to touch my toes and do the walk out press ups- by gum though i can feel it working though- what a buzz.:D

On money front- a NSD, and Ds has paid rent-
i have a list as long as your arm to get through.

House tidied and hoovered, downstairs :)
    Bathroom sorted.
Neighbours house sorted ( am looking after it while she is away.)
Just cracking on with ironing and my bedroom-changing sheets, hoovering and dusting.
Then will sit down and relax :)

Hope everyone has a great day.

    Hi Bob

found your thread *subscribes*. Will spend this evening catching up.

Well done on level 2.. I'm too scared to even sneak a peek at level 3. I moved onto level 2 Shred last week and it was fine... at first. I did it yesterday and today everything aches {I need a smiley shrug here]. No pain no gain. 3 weeks to be bikini ready... no pressure :)

    Good luck

I generally waffle a lot- and some folks on here come along and make smutty innuendos:cool: Not me of course:A:rotfl:

3 Weeks-you will do it Meersy- go for the burn:T:D I must admit though that i think the deeper we get into the exercises that's when we feel it- as jillian says- those are the ones that count:D
