Kwik fit are doing an offer 20% off service & mot with code jsms online. I have booked in for a full service and mot on a subaru impreza 2.5 wrx turbo for 148.00. Offer expires 30/06/10.

look for a decent subaru specialist avoid kwik fit like the plague, just remember you get what you pay for.
when i had my impreza i would not even let a main dealer touch it let alone kwik fit and not just because of cost it was modded and i just did not trust them to do a proper job.

I have an Audi (2 years old) and took it in to KF about a year ago for a quick oil change (they charge £25 which is pretty cheap) After messing about for 30 mins a guy comes and sees me, he tells me that i need a full engine flush at £85 (iirc) since there was indication of excessive wear and tear in the oil. I refused this and took the car back to Audi who had a quick look and told me that the oil was clean as a whistle.

    Absolute con merchants.

My neighbour was telling me that when he got his car serviced with KF they refused to stamp the book until he had al sorts replaced, even though only months earlier the car (cayenne) had breezed straight through the MOT.

They advertise on price, not quality and are renowned for either ripping people off or not knowing what they are doing. Usually both.

NO! They know EXACTLY what they are doing. That's the problem.

Had the service and MOT done yesterday. All work has been done. Only fault found was a bulb gone on number plate which they replaced for free. Car running well. All good so far.
