my husband bought a nokia x3 mobile phone from argos 2 weeks ago and when he answers a call the phone makes a buzzing sound through the hear peice and they sound really muffeled can my husband take it back to argos but its says on the receipt exempt from 30 day guarantee

If its faulty he can return it for a replacement. The "exempt from 30 day guarantee" means you cannot return the item if you simply change your mind.0
