t mobile cancellation policy
hi there ordered a vairy text PAYG phone for daughter yesterday online and noticed on the last page of ordering it said something about cooling off period. last night realised should have ordered through quidco for £10 cash-back but can't find any reference either in my confirmation email or on their website about returns/cancellation. If possible I'd prefer to cancel rather than have to wait for delivery and then return it as I will have one very frustrated girl otherwise! thanks for any advice.
