Hi all
UU haven't sent me a bill for over 4 months. My partner has emailed them with a reading, asking for a bill to no avail. They called and asked for one; it hasn't arrived. Previous ones have so I know my address is right, and the postie is honest.
Can anyone suggest anything? A hotline to someone in UU who is competent and actually does what they say they are going to maybe?

i get billed every six months so maybe they've changed you monthly billing to 6 monthly0

it's possible, but then we have asked for a bill anyway; and they haven't sent one! Sheesh, do they not want our money? *makes a change* lol0
