    question I have been asked...

Does the sun rise in the east and set in the west everywhere?

    *rolleyes*
Well, until earlier on today, I'd have said yes, due to the rotation of the earth, but after the practice/practise debacle, I'm no longer so sure :p

OK, I asked DH, and he says "yes, because the earth rotates anti-clockwise when viewed from above (ie above North pole)".

DH is lucky; he is unencumbered by any need to spell correctly as long as people understand. When we moved north, after him having always lived in the South, he wrote to a friend who still lived in Berks spelling "whippet" and "ferret" incorrectly in the same sentence :rotfl: This is constantly remembered when they get togrther ;)

I have S&S the kitchen and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen windows inside and out - I hope that is enough for Level One!!

I can't bake a cake or prepare a meal I've never done before without going shopping so I'm not doing that :p

I sorted both food cupboards yesterday after shopping so that bit is done! Bins will be done tomorrow evening ready for rubbish collection on Weds morning and Wispa will be cleaned out when he wakes up!

Am going to get some fresh air for a bit and then come back and settle down to some paperwork / filing / shredding, etc.

Bank Holiday Monday ~ Bits of not very much!

    Level Two
Catch up on the laundry/ironing/filing.. or whatever else you have been neglecting!

    Level Three
Empty and wash out the bins

    Extras

SOAADFA .. I know you like this one!.. Go enjoy your day!

and WHY was he writing about ferrets and whippets? Perpetuating myths about us?:p I assume he could spell cloth cap and black pudding then :rotfl:

Can anyone (calling students really I suppose) use a wall calendar that runs for the Academic year 2010-2011? I have one from my union which will go in the recycling but thought someone might have a use and the space for it . Happy to post!

    It's A1 (ie 8xA4 or 4xA3).

Off to tackle the bathroom. I feel I can only attempt the smallest room in the house!! Will declutter the linen cupboard whilst I'm there...we surely only need 2 or 3 sets of bedlinen for each bed in the house?

DH bodging the hole in the roof (using the scaffold before it goes) in case we don't find another builder before winter, children dancing in the sitting room (between and around all the clutter)...

Just noticed the post number One Hundred and Eighty...where are my darts?

Dustykitten - you're so lucky - my OH would never have done that!

That's why I chose him;) he likes sleeping in the tent so didn't take asking twice. He's very good with the kids. He took the younger two to aqua-splash yesterday (he likes water rides).

I've mown the lawns and drizzle is setting in.

    Next:
    empty the WM
    hairdresser due here soon

Need to pop over to Mum's in a bit too via the dump I think.

And that, of course, is why it's funny - nothing at all to do with DH's complete inability to spell :p
