Phonebox direct via Quidco
Just been looking at a 12 month free line rental deal on Phonebox Direct, via Quidco, and under their T&C's,I came across this:
'Porting (keeping your old number)
when making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTed number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you.'
Now as my missus, like a lot of us,has had her current number for xx years, surely if she ported her current number, the original number doesn't appear on the required bill? My understanding is,that her old number is the one that'll appear,as the network will bill off that if it's been ported?
She has said it won't be a problem,if it means getting the cashback,as with the texts that are given as part of the deal, she'll just text everyone en mass, and let them know.
But the way I looked at it,is this another way of a cashback deal not being honoured?
Ken.

It's just another T&C that you have to follow strictly if you want your cashback. Read this for a similar post that you made and the update given #123
