Hope this isn't a duplicate thread, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
I'm hoping to go tomorrow to get a htc desire from the o2 store. What should I bring with me to ensure I leave the shop with it, and not waste both my time and theirs? Off the top of my head I'm thinking photo Id, some sort of bill, and bank details?

I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!

Depends on the store (it shouldn't, but it does).
Profs of id, Water/elect/gas bill. Council tax bill, FIXED line phone bill (not another mobile). Driving licence (both bit) CC statements. Everything dated in the last 3 months.
They shouldn't take things like Next statements or store cards bills but some third party dealer do.
