Help with bulldog

Can someone give me some advice please. I have been with bulldog since april. Every month i get my bill and it says i have gone over my usage limit and have to pay £4 which they take by dd.

Every month i have to phone them and get it credited to the next bill. Now my new bill has come they have charged me £8 for going over my usage which i haven't and have not credited the money from last time either.

There is even a usage table in my bulldog account online which shows that i haven't gone over.

I am really getting sick of this and would really like to cancel although im stuck in this 12 month contract. Help me :mad:

    You can complain to ofcom, but they wont take the case on until you've give the company in question enough time to respond to your complaint via their own complaints process.

    My advice would be to start a complaint with Bulldog & let them investigate it.

    Complain to Bulldog.

    Keep a record of your complaints - copies of letters and notes of phone call conversations

    After 12 weeks you can complain to the two industry bodies, OTELO and CISAS.

    It's important not to cancel your direct debit with a company once you have signed a contract, however tempting that may be as you could then face legal action.

    i am with bulldog but have gone over to telewest as bulldog are soooo incompetent. i cancelled over a month ago and am still connected, everytime i ring im just holding forever aand nothing gets done. i have sent emails and got no response (i have kept sent emails as proof) i will be glad to see the back of them:mad:
