Watching 4od on the Internet from france?

Hello,
Don't know if this is the correct forum but my g/f will be back & forth to France over the next 3 months.
Is there an EASY way for her to view 4od from France (maybe an anonymous proxy....not a clue as am not that technical minded)...as shes a huge big brother fan (sad I know!) & is flying home on 10 June-day after it starts!
Likewise can she get zatoo (which i think streams programmes LIVE) or indeed watch any of the channels live & possible get bbc iplayer or itv on demand as well?
I've seen some pay solutions but as shes in the uk 9 months of the year I wonder if there is an easy way for her to do it-preferably free?? Feel free to move this to another forum/section if needed-thanks for any help!

Kurtis_Blue...you're a star! So it's as simple as copying & pasting the url in for the programme you want to see & hitting enter? Will I need to access 4od & e-mail on the URL-or can they find it themselves...as an example http://www.channel4.com/programmes/balls-of-steel/4od#2921399 could just be copied into daveproxy & hit enter...is it really that simple??

Yes it is that simple, however:

Gather a list of a good few proxys as they do go down and can be vary in speed depending on traffic.
Also some websites ban proxy addresses when they are discovered or will stop multiple dloads from the same IP, therefore if someone else is on 4OD from the same proxy then maybe they will stop your dload.

Will e-mail her brother prior to her going back to try it out.... Kurtis_blue any ideas of any other proxys (you mention getting a list of them)...when you google it the results are a bit confusing...(!) xx
