    Oh I understand but he has to be grown-up about it. Also I think he would rather be strict with himself and be debt free in just under 2 years than still scrimping for 10years. Can't you strike a deal or the like? Maybe agree on a special holiday abroad once you are debt free?

    So we did the money chat, and it went better than expected.... although I do wonder how much of it was him just trying to pacify me!?!

    I've also plugged the figures as if we'd kept our debts seperate.... OH has enough surplus to come to a payment arrangement with his creditors.... and I need to go bankrupt, or do a DMP for 12 years!! Eeek!! But also something to ponder......
