Another Vodafone vent

Right so im still waiting for desire to come into stock, my local store has confirmed that there are no N1's or desires in stock there, any where near or at head office, there are also none for the phone lines. Its been like this for a month they said and theyre running out of anything better than the legend.

Meanwhile, the online store has had the desire in stock no less than 3 times before selling out again. SORT YOUR ACT OUT! How can it be that the online store gets a steady (ish) stock but not anywhere else. They must have done something wrong. Its annoying because its not even as if can choose a similar handset for replacement.

Vodafone are the worst provider I've been with in recent years, I went back to O2 from Vodafone after shocking service with an iPhone.

I changed from o2 to vodaphone for my phone and regretted it, but thought it was a one off that the phone was delivered late and my number ported over so I was left without a phone till I could collect the new one from the courier company.

I stupidly decided to change my mobile broadband to Vodaphone and surprise they have no stock and will email me when they get some, I wouldn't mind too much but I got an email saying it had been despatched, I've since emailed them and told them to cancel, I'm sticking with what I have and won't be using Vodaphone again once my mobile expires.

Surprisingly ive had quite good service until this.... ive been with them for 4 years now hence why i havnt changed.

Only other issue was on this contract a guy agreed to provide a discount (in a ver odd complicated way that i did understand) but he didnt actually apply it so i rang to complain and they denied all knowledge of its existence and said its impossible, until i sent them a sound recording of the conversation that is where they could clearly hear what he said.

I will strongly consider other providers next time but VF usually provide the best deals and so far, above par service to me.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that phone and don't ring customer services unless you want to find out how easy it is to lose the will to live, they are incompetant on all levels.

I've had nothing but brilliant service from Vodafone..... O2 were terrible with regards to customer service and various billing problems.

Its always the same, some customers have a better level of service than others.

True; but the nature, quantity and regularity of problems with Vodafone appears to be much larger and more disgusting. Maybe O2 can grow their numbers of unhappy customers to rival the army already created by Vodafone.

Dont get me wrong ive had great experiences with vodafone but this is my bad one. Anyways, had a desire arrive from them out of the blue the other day despite them being out of stock for some reason. oh well
