Looks nice. The temp shown next to the battery icon, is it for battery temp or processors temp. Is there a temp rise warning given if processor gets overheated since you have modified processor speeds.

How do you find the emergency call feature. Is it from the ice app? I want the emergency call app as well. Is there a facilty to mention allergy status as well on the emergency app?

I was looking at a jail broken iPhone today, seemed interesting too but no where as cool as your screenshot or my desire. Just curious why you have the maps icon instead of the navigation icon.

My friend had bought the 3gs iPhone recently and jailbroken it to make it like he wanted it. But he said would have bought the desire instead if he knew about it. Think he is buying a desire and he has had his jailbroken iPhone for 2 months only! Don't know if he has seen the nexus one but he liked the desire after briefly using mine.

Elfen: Yes it is real. I used an app called Shootme from the Market to take the screen shots. I have only just seen this thread on my big computer as I posted this thread from the phone using Photobucket mobile. I am pretty impressed with the screen shots actually.

Bubblesmoney: I am unsure what temperature it is measuring. I will endeavour to find out. The emergency call feature allows emergency calls obviously while the hanset is locked out and on "enter pattern to unlock" mode. You can see the processor modulation I spoke of in another thread. 998Mhz while under load (just post YouTube viewing) in one shot. Then down to 245Mhz while idling and resting in another. Saves a bucket load of battery power. The "Android Nexus One" text lines is within the operating system as an option. A bit like an email signature. The blue icon in the top left is "Advanced Task Manager"

I use the Maps more than the Navigation. I do not own a car I guess that's why.

You better read the threads on rooting and altering rpocessor speeds and temp changes screwing phones by frying processor / circuits etc. Quite a few interesting threads on variousandroid forums. There is a free processor temp app available on the market, think it is the only one yet. I would getthat if I were you and had modified processor speeds, especially after what i read on those forum posts in the last few days about modifying processor speeds etc.

What is the tealeaves thing on the screen shot?

I do not "overclock" it. I only allow it to run at a max of 998Mhz or 1Ghz the true speed of the processor. I use the widget to "underclock" so when the phone is idle or sleeping it uses less battery. I will have a read but I cannot understand a phone or a computer frying because it is "underclocked"???

The Tealeaves text is a message to anyone who tries to nick my N1 :D

A few more shots. The first showing the "Shake Them All" live wallpaper that makes use of the phone's accelerometer. When you move the phone the Android characters fall about like they are being shaken in a jar.

The second showing the Nexus One theme live wallpaper

The third showing a stock Android branded wallpaper

The processor may be capable of 1ghrtz but doesnt mean the circuit. As far as i know htc has set the processor setting slower probably because of heat generation issues. HTC does phones for a living, if their engineers thought they could get better battery life out of the same gadget thenthey would have already done the mod themselves and not set processor speeds different from them settings. Something to keep in mind while changing speeds from manufacturer setting.

Maybe but prior to Rooting I used a CPU monitor app while under stock ROM and the processor was up to 998Mhz. It was up that high for very long periods (even when the phone was idling) and probably accounted for battery life being a lot less when my phone was not rooted.

My mate has a G1 and runs that Widget and has done so for the whole time he had it from release. Said it drastically improved his battery life. Think it is about two years now. Think that runs at 512Mhz max. I would NEVER dare run the Widget at the overclock options above 1000Mhz. The programme warns you before allowing access to those features.
